Replacement Lock Cylinder with 2x Keys for Dura Cabinets

If you have lost or damaged your keys, or the lock on your Dura cabinets, this complete replacement set can be fitted in a matter of seconds, restoring the security of your workshop.

NOTE: You will need Barrel Change Key – also known as Fitters Key – to remove the existing barrel from the back housing. If the back housing is damaged, you may also require this component.

Lehmann Locks

Lehmann Locks and Keys are identifiable as having a “L” on the key and 5-digits on keys and locks. For this style lock, you require the red Lehmann fitters key.

Important: Lehmann lock barrels can only be removed from the unlocked position. If you have misplaced your keys and the cabinet is locked, you will also need to order a master key to unlock the cabinet before the lock barrel can be removed and replaced.

 

Lowe and Fletcher Locks

Lowe and Fletcher Locks and Keys are identifiable as having a “LF” on the key and/or lock barrel. For this style lock, you require the yellow Lowe and Fletcher fitters key.

Important: Lowe and Fletcher lock barrels can only be removed from the locked position. If you have misplaced your keys and the cabinet is unlocked, you will also need to order a master key to lock the cabinet before the lock barrel can be removed and replaced.

 

If you are unsure or require any assistance, please contact us directly for advice before ordering.

 

Unfortunately, we are not able to supply replacement keys. If you have lost or damaged your keys, please order a replacement lock cylinder.

 

Please note: Master Keys are a special request item and will only be supplied to authorised personnel. Please contact us directly if you require a Master Key.

 

Dura 400 and 600 series products are warranted against defects in workmanship, manufacturing defects and materials for a period of 10 years.

All components manufactured by Dura carry a 10-year guarantee, subject to the terms and conditions of Dura Ltd’s Guarantee Policy, whilst components not of Dura origin carry the guarantee and warranty of their manufacturer. The warranty of all items is dependent upon all reasonable steps being taken to maintain the product in good order.

At our election, we will repair or replace such products which fail to meet these criteria. The warranty of such repairs or replacements is valid for the remainder of the original term.

This warranty is valid for a period of ten years from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required and is non-transferable unless with the express written agreement of Dura Limited.

Warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage, abuse, use of the product for which it is not intended or in an environment inappropriate for its intended purpose. The containment of or contact with caustic, acidic products may invalidate the warranty. We do not accept liability for consequential loss.

Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Dura nor any of its group companies shall be liable for special, incidental or consequential costs and damages or any other liabilities, whether arising out of the breach of contract, warranty, tort (including negligence and strict liability) or other theories of law, with respect to product sold by Dura Ltd, or any undertakings, acts or omissions relating thereto.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Dura Ltd and all of its group companies specifically disclaim any liability for property or personal injury damages, penalties, special or punitive damages, damages for lost profits or revenues, loss of use of Goods or any associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute Goods, facilities or services, down-time, shut-down or slow down costs, or lot any other types of economic loss, or tor claims of your customers of any third party or any such damages.

We will not be liable to you or be regarded as being in breach of the Contract if there is delay or failure to carry out any of our obligations and the delay or failure arises out of any cause beyond our reasonable control.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure that all necessary safety precautions are made when receiving and installing your parts. Please follow HSE advice when lifting and handling heavy goods.

Kerbside delivery to addresses within the mainland UK is included within the package price. We are currently operating with an estimated lead time of 4 weeks*.

Locations defined as not being within the mainland UK include, but are not limited to: Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Isles. Any orders submitted from these locations will be rejected and refunded upon processing.

To arrange an order for addresses not within the mainland UK, please contact Dura Ltd directly. Please be aware that an additional delivery charge may apply.

Please be aware that only kerbside delivery is available, and that this service is completed by a third-party.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that an address is accessible and that the sufficient preparations are made to move palleted heavy goods from the kerbside.

Goods must be checked for damage upon delivery with Dura Ltd notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt. Dura Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage once the goods have been delivered to the specified delivery location.

In accordance with Consumer Contracts regulation, the buyer has the right to cancel an order in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods, receiving a refund in full. Unwanted items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging to be eligible, with the buyer responsible for the organisation and cost of carriage to return the items.

For business-to-business transactions, returns are subject to the seller’s prior written consent and the buyer may be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
